With ten years’ experience as an IT management and information security consultant, Matthieu Chouinard founded In Fidem in 2005. He has held key positions as a consultant in major IT consulting service companies. A manager specialized in risk assessment, Chouinard is deeply committed to his field and can define and simplify complex issues.

Michel Boutin, partner and engineer
Michel Boutin has more than thirty years’ experience in IT and information security, including twenty years as a consultant. He acted as a senior partner in a consulting firm during two years, and has also held positions as project manager, and executive for major national and international banks and corporations. He is also a business management consultant with extensive experience in developing management frameworks, incident response plans, and business plans, in particular for smart card-based fare collection systems. He has also negotiated outsourcing and fee-for-service contracts. He has developed expertise in credit file access management and police investigations. A leader and unifier, he can motivate large teams to successfully carry out ambitious projects. Michel Boutin has been an In Fidem partner since 2006.

Éric Hébert, partner CISSP, CISM, ITIL, ISO 17799-17001
Éric G. Hébert has nearly twenty years’ experience in the information technology sector. He has held positions as director of information security, security auditor, security architect, risk assessment specialist, and application architect. He is also a seasoned project, team, and budget manager. Recently, he has specialized in developing corporate security strategies, implementing security management domains, risk identification and management, and the analysis of IT security technologies. A CoBiT management framework expert, Hébert is also a speaker and author of security, networking, and telecommunication training guides. He has been an In Fidem partner since 2007.
